We ship most orders within 24-48 hours of being placed. However, in the case of Scent of Samadhi products, there may occasionally be a delay because we source the main ingredients in a sustainable fashion and get them directly from the government of South India. In the event there is a delay in the new stock of Scent of Samadhi arriving, you will be notified via email or phone.
You will receive a personalized confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Many times, these emails get sent to your Spam folder so please check there in case you do not find it in your inbox.
Next day shipping via Fedex/UPS is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more info/rates.
Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.
If a package is returned to Sensitive Planet as 'undeliverable' or due to an 'incorrect address', you will be responsible to pay $10 to re-send the package for domestic orders.
For International orders:
Shipping usually takes between 6-20 business days for delivery depending upon where in the world it is being delivered. Express shipping is available for an extra fee that will be calculated during checkout.
We do not collect any sales tax on orders shipped outside of the United States.
However, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs or duties imposed by the recipient’s country. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.
If a package is returned to Sensitive Planet as 'undeliverable' or due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible to pay $35 to re-send the package for international orders. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by Sensitive Planet will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to Sensitive Planet.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus the shipping cost. Refunds will be processed and credited via the original payment method only. We do not provide a prepaid return labels unless you received an incorrect item.
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you've received, just contact us with your order number to get a Return Authorization number.
You must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization number before returning or exchanging any item. Any item returned without having a RA number will not be accepted.

In the event of a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
